A member of B & H’s auction staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

All bidders agree to the terms and conditions as stated.

Registered bidders agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by auction company.
All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion based on information provided to us and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final – no refunds or returns.
B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.
Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy.
18% Buyer’s Premium charged to all bidders. All purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. B & H Auction may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer only.
We accept USD (U S Dollars), VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us.
All items must be picked up at our auction gallery within ten (10) days from date of auction. Items not removed within fourteen days will be assessed a $7.00 per item/per day storage fee. Storage fee must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Any items left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.

All pickups must be scheduled ahead of time – no exceptions. Call 434-836-4636 to make your appointment at least 24 hours in advance as our office is now closed to the public and we can then go over protocol for pick up. During this time we will not provide labor for loading so please bring your own help.
WE DO NOT PACK & SHIP LARGE ITEMS. If you require shipping of small items, please call 434-836-4636 or email us at [email protected] to arrange and obtain a shipping & handling cost or you can arrange shipping through uship.com. Please note: the nature of some items can cause the shipping and handling fees to be quite expensive and can take up to 6-8 weeks so we would prefer that you arrange to have your items picked up.  When using an outside shipper, we have zero control over packing, shipping, insurance and handling costs.  Shipment and pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer.
Registered bidders will be added to our customer database & will be sent email notices of upcoming auctions.

Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter.
Any and all disputes resulting or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the general court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia as the sole and exclusive venue.
