o Any concerns must be addressed at pickup, before items leave our possession. Once an item has been released to the buyer or their agent, no returns or adjustments will be accepted.
o This is necessary to protect against item switching or alteration after pickup.

” Accepted Payments: Cash or wire transfer only, unless you are a well-established customer with our company. No credit cards, checks, or PayPal accepted for this auction. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
” Sales Tax: Virginia sales tax will be charged in accordance with state law. Dealers must provide a valid resale certificate prior to invoicing to be exempt.

o A handling fee will apply in addition to actual shipping and insurance costs.
o We strongly recommend pickup when possible.
o Large silver bars (10 oz – 100 oz) may not be eligible for shipping. Please confirm before bidding if you require shipping.
