PICK UP DATE & TIME: Thurs, July 31st from 10 – 11:30 & 1pm – 4pm.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS & BOXES AND HELP FOR LOADING. We will not provide these items.
Any items not claimed within 10 days of the auction, will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
All pickups must be scheduled ahead of time – no exceptions. Pickups will be scheduled during normal business hours, we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
WE DO NOT PACK & SHIP ANY ITEMS INDICATED AS NOT SHIPPABLE. If you require shipping of small items, please call 434-836-4636 or email us at [email protected] to let us know you need your winnings shipped and to verify your address listed in your HiBid profile is correct.  If the address provided by you is incorrect, you will be responsible for any address correction charges incurred.  Please note: Handling fees start at $15 and will increase depending on the quantity and size of items being wrapped & shipped.   The nature of some items can cause the shipping and handling fees to be quite expensive and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. We are a small auction company with limited shipping resources, and we try to limit our shipping volume, therefore, if you live with 60 miles of our Gallery, we ask that you arrange to have your items picked up.  Shipping of your items can take up to 8-10 weeks or possibly more depending on the nature of the purchase as well as the quantity of items included. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
