TERMS OF SALE ON FIREARMS – all guns will be sold according to Virginia law. Any firearm purchased at auction must be picked up at Riverside Pawn – no exceptions. A background check will be required with valid ID. Riverside Pawn will charge a fee per in-state long gun or pistol of $25 for transfer. For Out-of-State a $40 fee, plus shipping will be charged. If you live in NC, you need to provide 2 forms of ID and there will be a $25 transfer fee for long guns and pistols will be $40 plus shipping as they will need to be shipped. Firearms will be available for pick up Tuesday, October 3rd after 12 noon. Riverside Pawn is located at 2384 Riverside Drive, Danville, VA.
