**** NOTE **** Only one day for pick up on Friday October 22 between 10am & 4pm – and you MUST have an appointment time set up. There will absolutely be no option at all of picking up items at our auction building. If you cannot pick up your purchases on Friday Oct 22, then you will forfeit these items with NO refunds.

**** ALSO NOTE **** Driveway to home is extremely steep and narrow!! Do not attempt to enter with a low riding vehicle. There is only room at top of driveway for 3 to 4 vehicles. We cannot stress hard enough that appointments must be made so we can make sure we do not have too many customers at the home at the same time. AS ALWAYS, BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIAL, TOOLS, CARTS & MORE IMPORTANTLY, LABOR TO MOVE YOUR PURCHASES This sale does include several pieces of furniture and we will NOT have the help you will need to move your items.
